Receiving and working with the delegation were comrades Le Ngoc Tinh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee; Pham Khi, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council; comrades in the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee; leaders of the District People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of departments and organizations of Phu Hoa district.
At the meeting, the leaders of Phu Hoa district informed about the process of building new rural areas in the district in the past time. Accordingly, the new rural construction program in the district has gathered the strength of solidarity, mobilized the participation of the entire political system and people of all walks of life. Up to now, Phu Hoa district has 3/8 communes meeting advanced new rural standards; the district achieved new rural district status in 2019 and aims to build an advanced new rural district by 2024.
The leaders of Tuy An district thanked the leaders of Phu Hoa district for their warm and thoughtful reception of the working delegation. At the same time, they affirmed that the new ways of doing things, effective models and lessons learned through the working session with Phu Hoa district will help Tuy An district gain more experience in leading, directing and effectively applying the new rural construction movement in the locality, aiming at the goal of Tuy An district achieving the new rural district status by 2023.
Before that, the delegation visited new rural models in communes that have just achieved advanced new rural commune standards in Phu Hoa.
